After trying another ISP in the area, the difference with Unwired Access is noticeable. The employees are responsive, speeds are consistently fast on both upload and download, and the ping is low enough for gaming, streaming, and video calls. We no longer have to deal with slow upload speeds and consistent blackouts. All around a great service!
